Rear projection digital whiteboards work the same as front projection whiteboards. The difference is that special screen material is used because the projector is mounted behind the whiteboard.  Rear projection can be an in-wall system, i.e. behind a false wall which gives the effect of a huge computer monitor on the wall; or as a rear projection cabinet. Rear projection digital whiteboards are available that also incorporate TV and speakers.
